Buying a car in Stark

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

What to check before you buy

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

A car meanwhile

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.

A Toronto company

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Stark is outside the area we serve. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 913 km, Stark is outside that.

For buying in Stark, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. If you are unsure whether we can help with Stark, ask; we answer plainly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
