Car Financing in Stoddard, MD

Shopping for a car in Stoddard

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Drive it like you own it

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Questions to ask

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Before your next car arrives

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking.
