Car Financing in Streamstown, AB

Car Financing: what CarmaCars does

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. We are not a dealership, and we do not arrange loans or leases. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

What to check before you buy

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts.

Before your next car arrives

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.
