Car Financing in Strong

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Our cars reach Strong by delivery, or you collect one from us in Toronto for free.

A buyer's checklist

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Bridging the gap

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Know the area

Next door to Strong are Stirling Falls, Eagle Lake and Sundridge.

Air travellers use Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport (YPD), about 61 km from Strong. In winter, ask for winter tires: they are an add-on on the cars that offer them.
