Buying a car in Sunview

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Try it for a week first

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

Before you sign

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
