Shopping for a car in Surfside

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

Between cars

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Honest about distance
