Buying a car in Thomas

Car Financing in Thomas: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

A buyer's checklist

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

Between cars

There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.

A Toronto company

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Thomas; we work from Toronto. Thomas lies about 513 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Tell us what you need in Thomas, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
