Shopping for a car in Truly

Shopping for a car in Truly? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Drive it like you own it

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide.

Buying smart in Ontario

For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose.

Before your next car arrives

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.

What we cover

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Truly; we work from Toronto. With Truly about 2,518 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Shopping in Truly? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Still have a question about Truly? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
