Car Financing in Upper Nyack, NY

Buying a car in Upper Nyack

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Upper Nyack, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

Checks worth doing

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car.

Bridging the gap

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.
