Car Financing in Westwind, MD

Before you buy in Westwind

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Before you sign

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

Bridging the gap

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
