Shopping for a car in Williston

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Checks worth doing

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit.

While you shop

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Williston is outside our area. The distance is about 1,622 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Need something in Williston? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
