Buying a car in Yarbrough

Car Financing in Yarbrough: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

A buyer's checklist

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Bridging the gap

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
