Car Leasing in Bascom, KY

Shopping for a car in Bascom

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. A lease takeover or a new lease takes time to arrange; a monthly rental can cover that time. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment.

Drive it like you own it

Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

What to check before you buy

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

A car meanwhile

There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.

Reach and distance

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Bascom is outside our area. The straight-line distance from central Toronto to Bascom is about 700 km, and we deliver within about 80 km.
