Car Leasing in Patchogue, NY

Car Leasing: what CarmaCars does

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment. A lease takeover or a new lease takes time to arrange; a monthly rental can cover that time.

Drive it like you own it

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Questions to ask

Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
