Car Leasing in Shurtleff, NY

Car Leasing for Shurtleff

If you are looking for a lease, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

Try it for a week first

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

A buyer's checklist

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

While you shop

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.
