Car Leasing in Upper Stepney, CT

Car Leasing for Upper Stepney

If a lease is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout.

A test drive that lasts

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Questions to ask

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

A car meanwhile

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.
