Car Leasing in Windmere, NC

Shopping for a car in Windmere

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout.

Rent it before you buy it

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

Questions to ask

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

Before your next car arrives

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.
