Before you buy in Devona

Shopping for a car in Devona? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. Shop for the car anywhere you like, and rent the same model from us first if we have it. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try.

Drive it like you own it

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Buying smart in Ontario

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

While you shop

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.

A note on distance

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Devona. By straight line Devona is about 2,998 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Shopping in Devona? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you still want to ask about Devona, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
