Certified Pre-Owned in Mackeys

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. Shop for the car anywhere you like, and rent the same model from us first if we have it. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try.

Why rent first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Checks worth doing

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

Bridging the gap

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.
