Before you buy in Maxfields Corner

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family. Shop for the car anywhere you like, and rent the same model from us first if we have it.

Try it for a week first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

A buyer's checklist

Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

Before your next car arrives

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.

About distance

There is no CarmaCars location in Maxfields Corner; everything we do starts in Toronto. About 690 km in a straight line separate Maxfields Corner from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Send a request about Maxfields Corner, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.
