Buying a car in Mohawk

Here is the honest answer for buyers: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family. Tell us the car you are looking for and we will help where we can, and you can rent a similar car first.

Drive it like you own it

Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Checks worth doing

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

A car meanwhile

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Mohawk is outside our area. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 1,703 km, Mohawk is outside that.

Shopping in Mohawk? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Send a request about Mohawk, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
