Certified Pre-Owned: what CarmaCars does

If a car to buy is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try. Tell us the car you are looking for and we will help where we can, and you can rent a similar car first.

Try it for a week first

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

A buyer's checklist

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car.

Bridging the gap

There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
