Lease Takeover in Peral, CA

Shopping for a car in Peral

If you are looking for a lease, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout.

Drive it like you own it

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

Questions to ask

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

A car meanwhile

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
