Lease Takeover in Valleton, CA

Lease Takeover: what CarmaCars does

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Valleton, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout.

Drive it like you own it

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

What to check before you buy

Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

A car meanwhile

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.
