Trade In in Bathurst, NB

Shopping for a car in Bathurst

Searching for trade in in Bathurst? To be clear, CarmaCars rents cars; it does not sell them. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells.

Rent it before you buy it

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

Before you sign

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

While you shop

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
