Trade In in Bemis, SD

Before you buy in Bemis

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

What to check before you buy

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up.

Between cars

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.

Distance, honestly

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Bemis is outside the area we serve. Our delivery reaches about 80 km from Toronto, and Bemis is about 1,395 km away.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Send a request with what you need in Bemis, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.
