Buying a car in Cunningham

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you.

Drive it like you own it

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Checks worth doing

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

While you shop

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Our area, and Cunningham

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Cunningham; we work from Toronto. About 1,804 km separate our location in Toronto and Cunningham, far past our 250 km delivery area.

For buying in Cunningham, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Cunningham if you like. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
