Trade In in Erwin, MS

Before you buy in Erwin

If a way to sell or trade your car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells.

Try it for a week first

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Checks worth doing

Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

A car meanwhile

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Where we work

There is no CarmaCars location in Erwin; everything we do starts in Toronto. Erwin is about 1,564 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Need something in Erwin? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

One more step

Ask us anything about renting before you buy.
