Shopping for a car in Fulton

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours.

Drive it like you own it

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

Questions to ask

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Between cars

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

Renting from Toronto

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Fulton. The distance is about 1,480 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 80 km.

Shopping in Fulton? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Ask us about Fulton in a request; a person answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.
