Trade In for Highfields

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells.

Rent it before you buy it

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Between cars

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.
