Trade In: what CarmaCars does

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours.

Drive it like you own it

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide.

Questions to ask

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

Bridging the gap

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

A Toronto company

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Millbrook. About 585 km in a straight line separate Millbrook from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

For buying in Millbrook, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Still have a question about Millbrook? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
