Buying a car in Redig

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells.

Why rent first

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

What to check before you buy

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

While you shop

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
