Buying a car in Sharp Point

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells.

Why rent first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide.

What to check before you buy

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Before your next car arrives

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.

Renting from Toronto

We are based in Toronto; Sharp Point is not somewhere we have a location. At about 896 km from central Toronto, Sharp Point is past the 80 km our delivery covers.

For buying in Sharp Point, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. If you are unsure whether we can help with Sharp Point, ask; we answer plainly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
