Trade In in Squabbletown, CA

Shopping for a car in Squabbletown

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours.

Why rent first

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

A buyer's checklist

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Between cars

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
