Trade In in Vidette, BC

Trade In: what CarmaCars does

If a way to sell or trade your car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you.

Why rent first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

A buyer's checklist

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Between cars

Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
