Buying a car in Weingarten

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you.

Why rent first

Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

What to check before you buy

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Between cars

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Before you plan

CarmaCars is not in Weingarten. Our one location is in Toronto. Weingarten is about 1,127 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Weingarten if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
