What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

Checking your details

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

From your dates to the handover

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Make a request

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
