Getting a car to Alaska
Pickup at our location in Toronto is always free. Inside our delivery area, the car comes to your address; outside it, the page says so plainly. There is no charge to collect the car from us yourself. Delivery to Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport works the same way, priced by distance in your offer.

Licence, age and card
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.
Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
The steps
The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.
The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Where do you deliver?
To addresses within about 250 km of our location in Toronto, including Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop airports.
Do I pay when I send a request?
No. The request is free and does not hold the car. You pay only after we confirm the car and the price and you approve the offer.
When do I pay?
When you approve our offer. Sending the request costs nothing.
Which licences do you accept?
Ontario G2 or G licences, valid for the whole rental, for drivers 18 and older. Licences from elsewhere are reviewed by a person.
