What to expect

Who rents from us

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

How booking works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay only once you approve the offer.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Driver basics

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
