Checking your details

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
