The details that matter

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

What to have ready

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

From your dates to the handover

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
