Typical renters

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Licence, age and card

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Requesting a car

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
