Car Rental in Argyle, IL

Car Rental in Argyle

This page is for Argyle, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. How it works: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. A person at CarmaCars reads each request and replies with an offer.

Our area and Argyle

Straight answer: there is no CarmaCars location in Argyle. We rent from Toronto. We cover about 80 km around Toronto; at about 790 km, Argyle is outside that.

For a drive from Toronto, a car from us works, with the kilometres priced on each car's page. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. Need something in Argyle? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

Who rents this way

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Worth knowing

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser.

Know the area

The pages for Caledonia, Candlewick Lake and Timberlane cover the areas next door.

The nearest airport is Chicago/Rockford International Airport (RFD), about 22 km away.

Requesting a car

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Driver requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Make a request

Not sure which car? Describe the trip in your request and we will suggest one.
