What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

Good fits

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

What to have ready

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Your booking, in three steps

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
