What makes this simple

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

Who this suits

What happens when you ask for a car

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Before you rent

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
