Why this works

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. One small team handles your request from start to finish.

Good fits

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

From your dates to the handover

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
