Why CarmaCars

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

What to bring

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

The steps

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Ready when you are
