What you get

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

From request to keys

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What to have ready

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
