Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. One small team handles your request from start to finish. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

How to book

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
