Why this way of renting
Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.
The rules, briefly
Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.
Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
The booking steps
To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
One more step
Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
